A little wait.
A whole lot of play.
Nobody comes to a tire shop for the waiting room.
But that time is part of the customer experience. What if a necessary pause became a small, unexpected pleasure?
Pit Stop Arcade turns the customer’s phone into a pocket-sized escape: quick games, charming characters and the chance to earn a little something for a future visit. The service stays the focus. The wait gets a better story.
Step inside the arcadeFive games.
One unmistakable world.
Painted scenery. Rubber-hose characters. Playful sound. Each game has its own rhythm, held together by a nostalgic cartoon style and one very expressive tire. Built for a phone browser, with touch controls and no app to download.

Tread Toss
Pull back. Let fly. Bring the barrel tower down.

Pressure Pop
Stop the needle before a little pressure becomes a big pop.

Rim Rhythm
Find the beat in three increasingly lively acts.

Road Trip Rally
Switch tires, dodge obstacles and keep the fuel flowing.

Pit Stop Match
A familiar memory game with a garage full of personality.
You can’t play
what you don’t notice.
The launch lives where the wait happens. A table tent gives customers a clear next step. A lobby film brings the world to life. A character on a team shirt turns staff into a friendly conversation starter.

Concept mockups with fictional staff. QR artwork is illustrative; a store launch would use a live, location-specific destination.

A small win.
A reason to come back.

The reward comes after the fun.
A winning round opens an example of the customer’s reward email. A prefilled example shows the email a customer could receive, followed by a separate invitation to start a project with LINK. In a store pilot, an approved return-visit offer could turn that happy moment into the next visit.
Relevant service offers and separately chosen marketing updates could extend the relationship, without interrupting the game.
See the winner’s email ↗The games and sample email are interactive portfolio demonstrations. There is no coupon sign-up or redeemable offer. The separate LINK inquiry form sends project inquiries to our studio. Live offers, delivery and store redemption are the next implementation step.
Make the moment better.
Then measure what it makes possible.
A store pilot would test whether customers notice the invitation, start and finish a game, request an offer and return to redeem it. These are the intended outcomes—not reported results.
The bigger idea is simple: a brand can create value in the moments customers usually want to skip.
